Questions, bugs, and good ideas.

FocusFlow is a small web product. Clear reports and thoughtful feedback directly shape what gets fixed and simplified next.

Please avoid sending passwords, financial information, private task lists, or other sensitive data. FocusFlow will never ask for your timer data or browser-storage contents to prove account ownership because there are no user accounts.

Before reporting a timer problem

A useful bug report makes the issue much faster to understand. If comfortable, include:

  • the browser and device type you were using;
  • which timer preset was selected;
  • what you expected to happen and what happened instead;
  • whether the tab had been in the background or the device had slept;
  • a screenshot only if it does not contain private task text.

If tasks or history disappeared, check whether site data was cleared, private browsing was used, or a different browser profile is open. The workspace is intentionally stored on the current device and does not sync.

Privacy and data requests

The Privacy Policy explains what the timer stores locally and what hosting or advertising services may process. To exercise an applicable privacy right, use the same email address with the subject “Privacy request.”

Because core workspace content stays in your browser, FocusFlow normally cannot retrieve or delete task text on your behalf. Your browser’s site-data controls are the direct way to erase that local data.

Editorial, advertising, and other inquiries

Questions about the focus guide, corrections to site content, responsible advertising, or potential collaborations are welcome. FocusFlow does not accept paid links, undisclosed sponsored claims, or requests to misrepresent product capabilities.

Messages are answered as capacity allows. Please send one concise message rather than repeated follow-ups.
